The host was very accommodating even though it was a very late booking. I appreciate that so much. The place was really nice and really cold. And I love cold places. Would've have wanted to extend my stay but it was already booked by others. Would love to book the place again next time. Thank you!

The host is very responsive, the place is clean. We have a great stay. Only the receptionist at the Misibis Tower is not informative, and the guard in the said tower is not helpful. We brought a lot of things, inclusing 2 strollers but the guard was just on the phone never opened the door for us. In the unit, it is really good. Only the tables in the living room are not sturdy, it is aesthetic but not sturdy. When we were staying, we did not use it because it might break but over all we have a great stay, we are comfortable. Thank you so much, Rosas.

Sobrang maunawain. Maayos kausap ang admin. Responsive naman sila. Sobrang maasikaso. Salamat po dahil naging masaya ang mga students namin while preparing sa kanilang Regional Contest. Nakaoag relax ag nakatulog sila nang maayos ag nakapag pahinga ng maalwan. Pagdating naman sa area/location. Hindi mahirap hanapin at maraming malalapit na resto and fastfood. Sa admin naman, hanggat kaya nilang maipaliwanag ang mga bawal at pwede nang maayos ay ginagawa nila. May nadatnan na sira pero agad agad naayos agad. Maayos kausap ang admin kahit chat lang. Mula sa paano mag payment until pag check out. Nanalo po mga students namin syempre dahil may maayos at magandang silang napagpahingahan. Salamat kasi hinayaan ninyong magamit ang place sa napaka affodable na presyo. Salamat po until next time. Kami naman ng nga coaches ang mag stay sa accomodation na ito SOON! 🩷🩷🩷

We had a great stay overall. Although there were a few issues that came up, everything was resolved by the host and we still ended up having a wonderful stay. The unit was nice and clean, the view was amazing, the air conditioning was strong and worked really well, and there were no cockroaches or insects inside. 10/10

Honestly, at first they wasnt able to provide the place I have booked and did not tell me there was a change before hand BUT, bawing bawi naman si Host and the staff sa character. They are very accomodating and very kind superb!💯 Nilipat nila ako the next day sa room na binook ko in the first place, I recommend you find this kinds of Host so you wont be stressed❤️

it was a pleasant experience for our family to stay in Rosas Stay, the staff is very accomodating, and answered all of our inquiry. we enjoyed mostly the pool time. the unit is clean, our only concern I think maybe next time they can change their rice cooker cuz it has a distinct smell of an old plastic. we suggest to upgrade their room design some of the wall papers are already torn off, and most of the chairs are broken, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. thank you for accomodating us.
